HOW TO OBTAIN A QUOTATION ON THE INNOVET PRODUCT OF YOUR CHOICE.

Step 1: SELECT the product of your choice from the following form.

Step 2: ASK FOR HELP on items that you are uncertain by checking the “Tell me more”.

Step 3: PRINT OUT YOUR FORM to tally your estimated amount.

Step 4: SUBMIT your selection – request for information to InnoVet Customer Service Department.

Step 5: RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE or additional information via e-mail.

You will note that your quote is labeled “approximate” and subject to dealer approval. What this approximate quote does is gives you a “ballpark” indication what Summit believes the dealer will quote provided that you have an X-ray ready site.

Step 6: RECEIVE A LOCAL DEALER LOCATOR

We would expect there’s only a small probability that the final dealer quotation will exceed the value indicated and in many cases, if there are other transactions between the dealer and yourself (a film contract, etc.), the equipment quotation could easily be lower than our indication.
